Collect the Pieces

There are so many pieces to life it becomes difficult to picture your life as a whole. Rather, you tend to remember the snapshots, events, or experiences that represent the whole. You look forward to what may be ahead including visions of dear friends, graduation milestones, a beautiful wedding, and a growing family. Each of these moments will come with such excitement and will soon fade away. But with each of these moments comes a cluster of memories that can be captured for a lifetime. Allow Pieces Photography to capture these moments that  collage your life.

Previous Works

Here are a few photos from some previous sessions:

Family
This is Stephen and Denise, my brother and sister-in-law and their dog Opie. We took these over Thanksgiving break while in Mississippi. They used this photo for their Christmas cards and made a canvas print that looks awesome over the fireplace in their first home!

 Children
This photo was taken a few years ago. This is Karis, the daughter of some partners in ministry, Jeff and Stephanie. I shot this session in their home using natural sunlight from the windows and bed sheets for the background.
This is my youngest nephew, Jethro. He looks sweet in this shot, but trust me, he is all boy. This one is also a couple of years old but it turned out so good, I love to share it!
This one is my little girl! She is one month old here and styling in her zebra and pink tutu.
 Seniors
This is 2010 high school senior Colin. This session took place in Waxahachie; we also shot some in the park and also in the downtown area.

Greg also graduated in 2010. Our families have been friends since we were very young, so this was an especially fun shot as I have seen a little boy grow into a young man.

 Bridals/Weddings
This is one of my very best friends, Lacey. It was quite an experience to be behind the camera for this wedding-however, I know she ended up with some really great photos to remember this beautiful occasion. (ha ha!)

This sweet couple was married in Cedar Hill. A small outdoor ceremony near the pond followed by a celebratory reception overlooking it.

More to come!
